In a newly released video obtained by TMZ, you can see a red SUV, allegedly driven by Suge Knight, run over two men with one of those men being fatally injured.
TMZ reports Suge had driven to a Tam’s Burgers fast food restaurant in Compton where Dr. Dre was in the process of shooting footage for the NWA biographical movie: “Straight Outta Compton.” Suge had been asked to leave a shoot at a different location just 20 minutes prior, and is said to have gone to Tam’s Burgers to make peace with Dr. Dre.
If you analyze the video closely you will see Suge pull up in the red SUV and is immediately confronted by Cle “Bone” Sloan who worked as security for the film. An altercation occurs through the window of the SUV and then the vehicle quickly backs up hitting Bone and knocking him to the ground.
In the video you will also see Terry Carter, who was the man who ultimately ended up getting run over and killed standing near Bone.
Suge claims it was not his intention to run over either man but that he was in fear of his life and just trying to escape the scene. Suge Knight’s lawyer has said Bone and Terry both had guns. If you look close you will see someone walk up to Bone after he has been run over and is laying on the ground and possibly take something from him and put it in their pocket or waistband.
Police told TMZ that they believe the video to show that Suge could have escaped after knocking Bone down the first time by just driving down the road. Suge’s people say that Suge feared if he drove past the group he would be shot at.
TMZ reports that Suge has claimed many people in the crowd, including Terry Carter, were threatening to shoot him.
